Thank you for considering ordering with us this holiday! Please help us make your experience goes as smoothly as possible by reading a few points!

  • Place your orders early! Once we hit our capacity we will unfortunately have to stop taking orders.

  • Please consider picking up. If you're able, we HIGHLY encourage you to consider picking up in store. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, so if you need a specific time, it’s best to pick up. We love delivering for you and understand if you are not local!

  • You will need your online order number when picking up

  • Typically we call before delivering. We will not be doing this May 11th-12th due to volume. If you prefer us to call please leave a note at checkout. We still require the recipient’s phone number in case there is an address issue. We will call if we are attempting delivery and no one is home(apartments). We will not reattempt until we have made contact with the recipient. If it is between 2-18 degrees we will leave the flowers on porches if it is a home address(not apartment)

  • Deliveries will arrive between 8:30 am and 7pm. Due to the high volume and limited staff we can't guarantee more specific times. If your delivery is going to a business, we will be sure to have it there within business hours.

  • You are responsible for the information provided during checkout. We will not be able to check every order for mistakes. Please make sure you have: the correct address AND recipient’s name, the correct phone number and a SIGNED card message. Please remember unit numbers and building codes.   • We will likely not be able to provide order updates on the 11th-12h, please be patient!
