Delivery within Kitchener or Waterloo is $10.
How to order:
Simply add the desired items to your basket. During checkout you will be promoted to enter: a delivery date, the recipients name, address and phone number, and a complimentary card message. Our florists will take it from there!
Once your order ships you will be notified by email. As we manually enter shipping notifications you may not receive one on busy holidays such as Valentine’s Day.

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm EST M-F. Saturday orders must be placed by Friday at 2pm. CUT OFFS CHANGE DURING BUSY HOLIDAY TIMES. We do not delivery on Sundays unless otherwise stated(Mother's Day etc).
We will call the recipient on the day requested to arrange a time window with them that will work best. Calls are typically made by 2pm, however if you have placed a same day delivery order and it is a high volume day, your recipient may not be called until 4pm as we work on a first come first serve basis. We generally deliver between the hours of 10am-6pm. Deliveries sometimes occur after our closing time of 5:30pm.
Anything on our website can be delivered in Kitchener Waterloo area and the surroundings. Same day delivery for out of town order is subject to availability. The fees are listed below.

Please note that is is our policy to call the recipient before delivery to ensure they are home for residential order. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Recipients are typically asked for a two hour window that they will be home. If you are requesting a delivery to a business you are welcome to request a specific two hour window in the order comments section.

On Saturdays: We will call the recipient between 8:30-9:45am. The recipient must be home prior to 1pm as we close early on Saturdays.
VALENTINES DAY: Please note that we have a limited amount of deliveries we can successfully complete in one day and space is limited. If it is going to a residential address rather than a business we strongly suggest you consider picking up. We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery on Valentine's Day. Thank you for your understanding during the busiest time of year.
